Pshycological Issues

“Men are only hard on the exterior and sensitive inside”. Now that is straight out of Hollywood, but the truth isn’t far. Most men tend to get protective and reactive when someone gives tends to come into their zone. However, this zoning is not like a boundary where of an animal. It is more of a level where the man doesn’t want to be confronted.

Too confusing right? And that’s exactly why healthystud gives you a sneak peek into men’s psychological issues.

Feeling Down
Some of the main reasons for men feeling down could be very trivial, while more often, they won’t allow themselves to feel down.
Feeling down is often associated with pressures to perform in a family, an organization or society and yet being unable to achieve the desired results. It is only natural that men feel down, but how they tackle is it what differs from man to man.

Depression
When a person, is continuously failing in his endeavors, ‘feeling down’ drags him away from social network. This loneliness starts controlling him, retarding him in future endeavors and making him failures again. This circle of ‘failure and loneliness’ can be called depression.
Some symptoms of depression are: insomnia (excessive sleeping or too less sleeping), over eating or under eating, the urge to avoid crowds, sudden bouts of crying and anger, losing friends, addiction to smoking, alcohol or drugs etc.

Dealing with depressed people, particularly men could be hard because one big problem with these people is that they are shy of seeking help.

Dealing with Depression = Dealing with life itself
Fact is, it is only natural to feel down or be depressed over failures. Dealing with depression thus becomes an important part of life, because there is always depression around all of us all the time.
So in order to live happily taking small failures as a challenge and learning from these small mistakes prove helpful. Learning from mistakes helps more than all the learning that is thrust on us. Taking safe risks and yet not being too adventurous keeps societal and personal life on a balance.
Sharing and understanding small things and feeling gives immense happiness, and that’s the beauty of life.
