Health Issues
Though women and children are more prone to diseases and health problems, men’s illness takes a toll on them, because of their familial and social responsibilities. All stress related health diseases like cardio vascular diseases, diabetes and blood pressure problems affect more men than women.
To take care of themselves men, especially those who have crossed their 30s, need to be extra careful. One of the major reasons why men are more affected is Stress.
The Stress Effects
Stress in normal terms can be explained as the effort to use abilities to meet expectations. That means, all humans and animals are subjected to certain stress. But with continuous efforts to meet the expectations sometimes result in failures. As long as there are wins, the body and mind don’t feel the effects of stress.
But with small failures, men tend to find reasons and that is exactly they realize that they are too tired or fatigued or too stressed to do their works.
Because of small effects of stress men tend avoid food, and as they are too tired, avoid sex. As a result lack of certain nutrients causes small amounts of frustration, which results in being short tempered or depressed. To beat this they slowly start getting addicted to alcohol or nicotine, which provide instant energy, but cause long-term illnesses.
Hence it is highly recommended and advised to balance work and normal life. Many people either do not know they are trying too hard or they simply set themselves small limits.
If observed carefully, Diabetes, Blood Pressure problems, Cardio Vascular disease are all caused because people are too busy to understand what their body tells them.
Taking good food, exercising, and balancing relationships is the key to healthy living. But sometimes, even all these things cannot help. Not all humans are perfect, neither are the situations. Diseases that can be genetic and are caused due to external factors cannot be avoided. However men can do their best to avoid what can come and eat them from the inside.
